Dessert Pizza

For all you pizza lovers out there. Here is a pizza that kids will eat.

1 roll sugar cookie mix
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Press cookie mix onto greased cookie sheet - bake at 350 degrees - 9 minutes. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar well. Put on top of cooled cookie dough.

The GLAZE MIX:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch (make it a heaping tbsp)
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. white syrup

Bring glaze ingredients to a boil. Stir until its like a thickened gelatin.

Stir in a 1/4 cup of dry Jello - it tastes better with strawberry, but you

can use whatever suits your taste buds. Cool mixture slightly. Spoon over cream cheese cookie.

Top with bananas and strawberries.

Use Cool Whip on top if you like.
